游戏开发商RockLive曾与NFL明星、Twitter名人查得·奥科辛科（Chad Ochocinco）共同推出《疯狂的查得》，最近又发布了《Mike Tyson’s Main Event》这款iPad和iPhone版交互式拳击应用，其Android版本也已进入开发阶段。

游戏邦获悉，这款免费游戏支持用户猛击、曲臂直击、重击每场的对手，闯过每一关，直到最后与泰森正面交锋为止。

RockLive联合创始人John和Sam Shahidi表示，开发这类应用的原理很简单，即以前体育明星们为主题，在设置复杂的运动机制时征求他们的意见。

I’m in the ring with Mike Tyson. The former heavyweight boxing champ, who moonlighted in The Hangover as a promising thespian, is also a fledgling mobile games entrepreneur. Yes, even Tyson is part of the South by Southwest Interactive tapestry.

Games maker RockLive, which created Mad Chad with NFL star/Twitter hero Chad Ochocinco, is launching Mike Tyson’s Main Event, an interactive boxing app for the iPad and iPhone. An Android version is on the way.

The free game lets users jab, uppercut and slug their way through each round as the underdog in a pound-for-pound boxing match. Players advance from one circuit to another, en route to a clash with Tyson in the main event.

RockLive co-founders John and Sam Shahidi say the formula is simple: Create apps built mainly around pro athletes and glean their advice on the intricacies of their sports.

Its current roster includes football’s Ochocinco and Terrell Owens, soccer’s Cristiano Ronaldo, basketball’s Kevin Durant and Dwight Howard, and boxer Floyd Mayweather. “It’s about creating  sophisticated games for the audience,” Sam Shahidi says. “And the celebs get engaged in the process.”（source:usatoday）
