在保有现在的xbox用户的基础上，微软正在着力开拓手机游戏领域的市场。WP7集成了xbox可能对于开发者们来讲最具吸引力的。但是现在的问题是这些iphone开发者们凭什么放弃现在苹果应用商店的大规模用户和可观的经济收入。也许免费区（苹果应用商店税率30%）和其他一些相对优惠的政策对开发者们才是具备吸引力的。

But questions still exist whether  iPhone developers are willing to make the shift by giving up the money making app store. But one good thing for developers is that the competition is very low currently and Microsoft is promising freebies and other lucrative to developers who are ready to make games for their Windows phone.
