据examiner网站的报道，apple苹果已经接近并购中国移动互联网服务供应商以及手机游戏开发者Handseeing信息科技公司，消息称该交易总额接近1亿5000万美元。

上个月也有相同的传闻称Foxconn富士康也有意并购Handseeing公司，但是该传闻最终没有下文。

Handseeing擅长基于java的游戏研发技术，曾携手美国Sun Microsystems太阳微系统公司为天涯在线开发应用程序。

According to a report, Apple is close to  purchasing Handseeing Information Technology Co., Ltd., a Chinese mobile Internet service provider and a mobile game developer, for as much as $150 million.

Last month, it was reported by the same source that electronics maker Foxconn was also in talks to purchase the company, but no deal ever finalized.

Handseeing has some expertise in Java-based online gaming technologies. The company has a  partnership with Sun Microsystems to help deploy new Java-based RIAs for Tianya Online, a social community centered around online gaming in China that has reportedly become one of the country’s largest social networking forums.

In June 2009, Shenzhen-based Green Pine Capital Partners Co., Ltd. invested in Handseeing Information in exchange for about 25% to 35% stakes in it. If the deal with Apple occurs, it will quintuple Green Pine Capital’s return on investment.
