In the past 12 months, we’ve seen the emergence of a few very large companies who are setting the standard in terms of driving user engagement and building games that entertain and delight massive audiences. Join us to hear some of the leading companies in the space share their thoughts on what it takes to drive deep engagement.

On the surface, casual and social games look very similar. Dig a bit deeper and you’ll find there are some core differences between the two genres. How can successful casual games developers take advantage of the opportunity in social games? What can social games developers learn from casual games? We’ve assembled a group of leading casual games companies to share their thoughts on what’s working and where the challenges are.

As some of the largest companies in the space continue to grow, what does that mean for small and medium developers? Is it game on or game over? What tactics can smaller developers use to counter the clout of the “big 4″ in the space? Our speakers will share their thoughts on what it takes to be a successful small or medium sized social games developer.

Facebook has been an important platform for the development of social games. But Facebook is no longer the only platform of interest to developers. What does it take to succeed building games off Facebook? Our panel of experts will share their views on what it takes to succeed with this strategy.

The worlds of social and mobile continue to collide. What lessons will social games developers successfully apply to mobile? What can mobile games developers learn from social games developers? Join us for a lively conversation on this important topic.(本文由游戏邦/gamerboom.com编译,转载请注明:游戏邦
