Apple Cleans All Spam From Ping

Apple’s new social network for Ping garnered more than 1 million users within two days of its launch last Wednesday. One third of the people who downloaded iTunes 10 have joined Ping. 

However the latest news is that Apple has cleared up all the spam messages from Ping. 

Apple had been getting lot of complaints about spamming on Ping recently and so has eliminated a number of fake accounts including some who posed as Apple executives. Back and forward buttons have been added which were missing at the time of launch, Apple Insider has reported.

Ever since it was unveiled, Ping had been facing a lot of flak from critics and the rampant spams gave another reason to target Ping. Apple has taken finally a step to redeem its social network from going bust in view of the complaints.（source：LA News Monitor）
