E3（Electronic Entertainment Expo娱乐电子展览）将于6月14日在洛杉矶会议中心举行。除了任天堂、微软游戏和索尼之外，LucasArts（卢卡斯艺术）、Square Enix（斯维克尔-艾尼克斯）、Sega（世嘉株式会社）和Bethesda（必士达软件）也是相当强劲的厂商。

刺猬索尼克

LucasArts（卢卡斯艺术）以星球大战系列（All things Star Wars）闻名，本届展出他们有两大游戏值得期待，一款是Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II （星球大战：原力释放2），另外一款是Star Wars: The Old Republic（星球大战：老式共和）。

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II (DS, PS3, Xbox 360, Wii). The first title sold very well. When LucasArts revealed the sequel last December, they said 7 million copies were sold since its 2008 launch. Now, the secret apprentice to Darth Vader continues his exploits in a fresh story that takes place between the third (Revenge of the Sith) and fourth (A New Hope) Star Wars films. The game will feature revamped controls and new powers, such as the Jedi Mind Trick.

Star Wars The Force Unleashed II

Star Wars: The Old Republic (PC). BioWare returns to the series, in a new online role-playing game set 300 years after the events of the studio’s last endeavour, Knights of the Old Republic.

Players can assume roles ranging from Jedi to Sith, and their choices determine whether they stay on the light or dark side of the Force. In relation to the films, Old Republic takes place 3,5oo years before the rise of Darth Vader, according to the game’s official website.

日本游戏公司Square Enix（斯维克尔-艾尼克斯）以最终幻想游戏系列（Final Fantasy）闻名，本届展出他们有3款游戏值得期待。其一是最终幻想14（Final Fantasy XIV ），其二是Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days （凯恩与林奇2：三伏天），其三是Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light（劳拉与光之守护者）。

Final Fantasy XIV (PC, PS3). At the last E3, audience members at Sony’s press briefing were pretty shocked at the online RPG’s debut, considering Final Fantasy XIII hadn’t even hit stores. Now that we’re well aware of its appearance, expect to hear more on the massively multiplayer games set in Eorzea, a group of city-states enjoying a peaceful existence after a series of conflicts.

Final Fantasy XIV

Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days (PC, PS3, Xbox 360). While the first game delivered an interesting multiplayer mode in Fragile Alliance, a variation on cops versus robbers, the single-player campaign

didn’t seem appealing. Now the pair of criminals return as their story takes them to Shanghai, China, where they must escape the city’s underworld.

Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light (PC, PS3, 360). It’s a brand new direction for the heroine, as she drops the Tomb Raider name and marks the series’ first downloadable title. The cooperative adventure will also switch from a traditional third-person perspective to a more top-down view.

日本游戏公司Sega（世嘉株式会社）以刺猬索尼克（Sonic the Hedgehog）和超级猴子球（Super Monkey Ball）系列闻名。本届展出他们有3大游戏值得关注。其一是刺猬索尼克4（Sonic the Hedgehog 4 ），其二是征服（Vanquish），其三是导管2（Conduit2）。

Sonic the Hedgehog 4 (PS3, Xbox 360, Wii). Sega’s signature star returns to his roots in the first episode of this downloadable series. Diehard Sonic fans should welcome him back with open arms, so long as the “were-hog”  stays as far away as possible.

Vanquish (PS3, Xbox 360). The third-person shooter comes from studio Platinum Games, who wrapped up the action game Bayonetta  earlier this year. The game stars a government agent battling robotic foes in a futuristic battle suit. Players will see a mix of cover-based firefights and up-close combat featuring the lead character’s martial arts skills.

Conduit 2 (Wii). Although the first game from 2009 boasted some tight, highly customizable controls, they were wasted on what was a pretty boring single-player campaign. Developers at studio High Voltage have vowed to step up the action with more interesting locales. The game is also adding an online, four-player cooperative mode called Team Invasion.

Bethesda（必士达软件）以The Elder Scrolls（上古卷轴）系列闻名，本届展出他们有3款游戏值得期待。其一是Fallout: New Vegas （辐射：新维加斯），其二是Rage（狂暴），其三是Brink（边缘）。

Fallout: New Vegas (PC, PS3, Xbox 360): The open-world role-playing game from Obsidian Entertainment has big shoes to fill, following up the success of 2008′s Fallout 3. Players roam around a post-apocalyptic version of Sin City as they find themselves in the middle of a battle between rival factions. The game will add a slew of fresh weapons and gear as well as a Reputation System to track your actions and their consequences on the world.

Rage (PC, PS3, 360): The first-person shooter represents id Software’s first release under the Bethesda label. Players explore a vast wasteland created after an asteroid slams into Earth. The game also marks the debut of the studio’s idTech 5 graphics engine.

Brink (PC, PS3, 360): Another first-person shooter, this original series takes place on a floating city, the Ark, that is approaching civil war. The game will feature seamless action between single-player, multiplayer and cooperative action, as experience points can be earned across all areas. Objectives and missions will also vary based on the character they mold.
